Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant
Opis oferty:
The MTP Investment Group is looking for a reliable Office Administrator assistant. He or she will undertake administrative tasks, making sure the rest of the staff has sufficient support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working independently with little supervision. He/she needs to be self-motivated and trustworthy. We will provide some training to get you started.
The office administrator assistant ensures seamless operations for our company’s office on a regular basis.
Your responsibilities would be, but are not limited to the following:
• Delegate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policy
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence of upper management (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Assist with budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel and financial data
• Track inventory of office supplies and re-stock when necessary
• Assist colleagues when necessary
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or other similar and relevant role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
